How it works
Four steps, and the first one is deliberately small.
1. Establish which gate actually applies
Five different Canadian gates could apply to your product. Preparing for the wrong one costs two quarters, so this is where we start — and it is a bounded, priced first step rather than a commitment to the whole programme.
2. Translate what you already hold
If you have FedRAMP Moderate or High, SOC 2 or ISO/IEC 27001, you are not starting over. Most of it translates. What has to change is the mapping — and the Canadian catalogue moved on 31 March 2026, so many mappings still in circulation now target a retired document. We will tell you which of yours still hold.
3. Author the package
We write the artifacts. We come to your engineers for facts, not for documents.
4. Build the motion behind the gate
An authorization is not revenue. Once the gate opens you still have to reach the departments that can now buy — which organizations, which buying committee, which route to purchase. That half is why this engagement is measured against pipeline rather than against compliance spend.
