Initial Strategy Diagnostic call (30 min)

Mutual NDA signed

Standard Sagentix mutual NDA (we can sign yours if your legal team prefers). Covers both your confidential information and our methodology IP. 24-hour turnaround.

Day 2–3

Internal stakeholder alignment on your side

You share the recording of the Strategy Diagnostic with your exec team and (if applicable) board. We provide a one-pager you can forward — no custom decks required.

Day 4

Scope confirmation call (30 min)

We walk through the specific deliverables, timeline, and engagement checkpoints for the tier you selected. Any open questions from your exec team are addressed live.

Day 5

Proposal + SOW delivered

Fixed-price proposal with exact deliverable list, quality-gate commitment, refund policy (for Phase 1 PoC), and engagement timeline. Sent via DocuSign.

Day 6–10

Buyer-side review and signature

Your legal/procurement review (if required). We handle any redlines within 24 hours. Preferred payment terms confirmed (milestone billing, Net 15/30, or annual prepayment).

Day 11

Kickoff call + engagement starts

60-minute kickoff. We confirm data inputs, clarify any remaining scope questions, and set the cadence for phase review calls. Phase 1 delivery starts the same day.

How to Use This Template

  • Copy the 8 steps above into a shared Google Doc, Notion page, or internal project tracker.
  • Replace the Sagentix-specific items (quality gate, refund policy) with the equivalents from whichever firm you are evaluating.
  • Share the MAP with the vendor during your first call. A reputable firm will accept it and help you fill in the details.
  • Add your own internal steps (exec review, legal review, procurement gate) between our steps as needed.
  • Run the two decision gates as explicit go/no-go meetings. If either side is not ready, stop the clock and re-plan.
