First Agent, Known Stack · Fixed price
Put one AI agent to work
and know what it depends on.
A small or medium-sized enterprise (SME) can start with one task. This offer puts one artificial intelligence (AI) agent on it, with approval rules your team controls and a written map of where the agent’s data is stored and processed.
The workshop picks the task and writes the rules; the 30-day pilot shows whether it holds.
Price
CA$3,750
Fixed. One number in your currency: CA$ in Canada, US$ elsewhere.
Time
Half-day workshop + 30 days of pilot support
Who it is for
- SMEs with no AI agent in production yet, or with AI tools in use that nobody has listed.
- SMEs selling to public bodies, hospitals, police services or regulated firms, whose buyers ask where data is stored and processed.
What you get
A half-day workshop with the people who do the task, then 30 days of pilot support with two check-ins. Six written outputs:
1
Task shortlist
The tasks worth handing to an agent first, and the one we choose together.
2
Four-part agent brief
The job, the facts the agent may use, the tools it may touch, and the finish line.
3
Approval-ladder card
The step the agent starts on (drafts only), who approves its work, and the date it may move up a step.
4
Stack dependency map
For every tool the agent relies on: owner country, where data is stored, where it is processed, which foreign laws can reach it, and how you would leave. Each rated Red, Yellow or Green.
5
Buyer answer sheet
Plain answers to the data and sovereignty questions your customers ask, taken from the map.
6
Upkeep line
Who owns the agent, when it is next reviewed, and who supports it.
Who does what
- Your team, or a partner you choose, builds and runs the agent. Sagentix writes the brief, the controls and the buyer answers around it.
- The map records facts a buyer or an independent assessor can check. Sovereignty status is for an independent party to confirm; the map gives them the evidence.
- Public funding for SME AI adoption may apply. We check which programs are open on the day; the funding decision stays with the program.
What comes next
When the first agent works, the same brief and ladder carry to the next one. For a review of every agent use across the company, see the AI Agent Workspace Readiness Check.
