Investor Readiness Screen · Fixed price

Know what an investor will ask
before you are in the room.

The Screen runs the eleven checks an investor runs (what a competitor cannot copy, whether customers use the product, whether the valuation holds, what sits in the data room) on your company first. You get the result in writing, with the evidence behind every rating.

It ends with one of three verdicts: ready to raise, fix two things first, or not this round.

Time

7 business days from inputs received

Who it is for

  • Founder-led companies raising angel, seed or Series A money in the next 12 months.
  • Companies whose buyers run investor-style checks before they sign a contract.
  • Founders an angel group or accelerator has asked to come back later, who want to know what to fix first.

What you get

We need your pitch deck, capitalization table, usage data, team and advisor list, intellectual property (IP) register and data-room index, or a note that you have none yet. The seven days start when they arrive.

  1. 1

    Screen card

Eleven rows, each rated Green, Amber or Red, with the evidence behind the rating.

  2. 2

    Objection sheet

The five questions an investor will ask first, each with your answer and the proof for it.

  3. 3

    Readiness call

One verdict in writing: ready to raise, fix two things first, or not this round.

  4. 4

    Data-room checklist

What an investor expects to find before a first meeting, with your gaps marked.

  5. 5

    Readout call

Thirty minutes to walk through the result and the order in which to fix it.

What the Screen covers

  • It shows you what an investor will see. A valuation figure needs a full financial model, which we scope separately if you want one.
  • You choose which investors to approach and when; the Screen prepares you for those conversations.
  • Every rating names the document it came from, so you can check it yourself.

What comes next

Most companies go on to Phase 1 (Market Intelligence), which builds the market and moat evidence an investor asks for. The Screen fee is credited in full against Phase 1 or a bundle bought within 30 days.
