Pricing · Sagentix Go-to-Market
Consulting, paid one phase at a time
The ten phases, the 19-check quality gate and the evidence standard are the same for every client, so the price is published before we know anything about you. You make two choices: the depth of each phase, and how many phases you buy.
Go-to-Market pricing at a glance
Step 1. The depth of each phase
Price per phase
- FocusedOne decision, answered by a dateCA$3,750
- StandardThe phase as designedCA$5,000
- DeepYour whole market, with your own evidenceCA$7,500
Step 2. How many phases
Phase 1 at Focused; bundles with every phase at Standard
- Phase 1 at Focused depthMoney-back guaranteeCA$3,750
- Phases 1–3GTM Foundation bundleCA$13,500
- Phases 1–6Revenue Architecture bundleCA$27,000
- All 10 phasesFull GTM bundleCA$45,000
All 10 phases at Standard, bought one at a time: CA$50,000. Each phase is quoted, started and invoiced on its own, and you can stop at any phase gate. The details of each step follow below.
Step 1. Choose the depth of each phase.
Every phase has three published prices. Depth sets the scope of the phase; the standard of proof is the same at every depth.
Deep
Your whole market, with your own evidence in it
CA$7,500per phase
- The phase’s core questions, plus your own add-on questions
- Every segment you sell to (the number is fixed at kickoff)
- Your documents, plus interviews with your staff, customers and partners: you name the people, Sagentix arranges and runs the interviews (list fixed at kickoff)
- Your own numbers built into the model
- Full report, evidence tables, research brief and interview summaries
- Every version of the working product your segments need (pitch decks, target lists, price sheets)
- Kickoff, input session, readout, and a follow-up within 30 days
- Two revision rounds
If you cannot name the interviewees within 10 working days of kickoff, the phase runs at Standard and we credit or refund the difference.
Standard
The phase as designed: the list price
CA$5,000per phase
- The phase’s core questions
- Your main segment plus one more
- Your documents worked into the analysis
- Full phase report
- Up to three versions of the working product
- Kickoff and readout
- One revision round
Focused
One decision, answered by a date
CA$3,750per phase
- One question, tied to one dated decision
- One segment
- A 45-minute intake call is the only input we ask of you
- Short report on the one question
- One version of the working product
- One 45-minute decision session, with no team readout
- No revision round (we still correct errors)
Focused limits are written into the quote: one dated question, one segment, no team readout, no revision round. Phase 1 at Focused depth is the only phase with a money-back guarantee.
All 10 phases at Standard, one at a time: CA$50,000
Or CA$45,000 as the Full GTM bundle in step 2. Either way, you pay each phase when it starts, and you can stop at any phase gate.
The same at every depth
Depth is scope: how many questions the phase answers, for how many segments, and how much of your own evidence goes in. The standard of proof never moves.
One evidence standard
Every claim, at every depth, passes the same 19-check quality gate and is traced to a source you can check.
Executive Perspective
A 4–6 page edition of each phase, written to be forwarded to your board, investors or team.
Your client portal
Everything the phase produced, in full, with its evidence. Nothing is locked.
Starts when your inputs arrive
Each quote lists the inputs we need from you. The phase clock and its invoice start when they arrive.
Step 2. Choose how many phases.
Start with Phase 1 at Focused depth, the only phase with a money-back guarantee, or buy a bundle of phases for less than the same phases bought one at a time. Every bundle includes a 90-day re-check session at no fee.
Credit rule: phases bought one at a time count, at the price you paid, towards a bundle bought within 30 days of the last phase gate. Depth in a bundle: bundles are priced with every phase at Standard. Any phase in a bundle can move to Deep (+CA$2,500) or Focused (−CA$1,250).

Applies: Porter's Five Forces · Three-phase market entry · Stakeholder interview protocol
Phase 02
Value Proposition
Why should this buyer choose you over the alternative they already have?
- — Differentiator stack, each one classified as structural, evidenced or merely asserted
- — Jobs-to-be-Done mapping against the buyer’s actual job, not your feature list
- — A value proposition canvas per vertical, because one canvas across four verticals fits none of them
- — The current-alternative analysis: what happens if they do nothing
Applies: Value proposition canvas · Jobs-to-be-Done · Use-case and pain-point mapping · Multi-vertical buyer personas
Phase 03
Messaging Architecture
What do you say, to whom, in what order — and what may you never claim?
- — Message house: one positioning roof, pillars beneath it, and the proof each pillar rests on
- — Vertical messaging playbooks that reuse the pillars verbatim and swap only the proof
- — Competitive battlecards, including the objections you will actually hear
- — A terminology register of claims that cannot be substantiated and must not be made

Phase 04
Pitch Deck
Can you tell the story in fourteen slides to five different audiences?
- — Modular deck with swap logic — the same spine, re-cut for investor, buyer, partner, analyst and internal
- — Every claim audited against its source before it reaches a slide
- — Speaker notes written in first person, so the deck is deliverable by someone other than its author
- — A proof pack: the evidence behind each slide, ready when someone asks
Applies: Pitch-deck storyboard · Proof pack construction · Design system
Phase 05
Sales Process
What is the repeatable motion that turns interest into a signed engagement?
- — Pipeline stages with explicit entry and exit criteria, so a deal cannot sit in limbo
- — MEDDPICC qualification applied to your deals, not to a generic template
- — Outreach cadences and call flows for each vertical
- — The disqualification rules — which prospects to walk away from, and when
Applies: SPIN and MEDDIC process design · Call-flow templates · Outreach assurance case · Buying-committee mapping
Phase 06
Pricing Strategy
What should you charge, on what basis, and what must never appear on a public page?
- — Tier design with fixed scope per tier, so the price is a specification rather than an opening position
- — Willingness-to-pay analysis against the budget instrument the buyer actually spends from
- — Total-cost-of-ownership comparison against the alternatives, including doing nothing
- — Publish-versus-quote decision: which numbers belong in public and which do not

Pricing Strategy

- — Tier design with fixed scope per tier, so the price is a specification rather than an opening position
- — Willingness-to-pay analysis against the budget instrument the buyer actually spends from

Applies: Value-based pricing · Business case and ROI model · Pricing research methods · Competitive price reconstruction · Product-led growth and trial optimization
Phase 07
Business Model
Does the business model hold up when you put real numbers through it?
- — Business Model Canvas with each block tied to evidence rather than intention
- — Unit economics: what one engagement actually costs to deliver and what it returns
- — Channel architecture, including what a partner tier costs in margin
- — LTV to CAC analysis against your real retention, not an industry average
Applies: Business Model Canvas · Unit-economics modelling
Phase 08
Strategy Execution
What happens on Monday, and how will you know in ninety days whether it worked?
- — Ninety-day roadmap with named owners and explicit decision gates
- — KPI dashboard: the small number of measures that actually move the outcome
- — Resource plan with revenue-triggered hiring, so headcount follows revenue rather than hope
- — Risk register with the mitigations that are actually affordable
Applies: Change-management and adoption models · Roadmap and gate design · KPI architecture
Phase 09
Digital Audit
When a buyer — or an AI engine — goes looking for you, what do they find?
- — Website and technical audit against what search and AI systems actually read
- — AI-retrievability assessment: whether your pages can be cited, and by which engines
- — Structured-data and bilingual coverage review
- — A rewrite pack for the pages that are costing you the most
Applies: AI-search visibility audit (AS1–AS13) · Retrievability and snippet-gate analysis
Phase 10
Evidence Discipline
Which of your claims would survive someone checking them?
- — Claims register: every public claim, its source, and its legal exposure
- — Validation experiments for the claims that matter and cannot yet be proven
- — Evidence governance so claims decay visibly instead of silently going stale
- — Proof backlog, ordered by what each proof would unlock commercially
Applies: Evidence tiering · Claims audit and substantiation discipline
Beyond the ten phases
Two options that sit outside the steps above: a custom engagement for larger organizations, and a monthly retainer that keeps the work current once it is delivered.
For organizations where one sales script no longer fits every buyer
When the product has outrun the go-to-market — engineering-led teams selling to everyone the same way, with no segmented playbook and weak differentiation — the same 10-phase methodology applies at enterprise scope, scale, and cadence. Multi-stakeholder, procurement-ready, and delivered with the same evidence discipline and founder-signed review.
- Segmented sales playbook — replaces one-script-for-everyone selling
- Persona, talk-track, objection-handling & qualification architecture
- Differentiation and positioning against named competitors
- Multi-stakeholder enablement for committee-based buying
- Embedded advisory (multi-month) or fixed-scope project
- Master Services Agreement + SOW; founder-signed deliverables

Your live client portal, included with every engagementSee what the portal holds
Your work arrives in a live portal, not an email attachment
Most advisory work ends with a PDF and a calendar invite. Yours lands in a private portal that stays current for the life of the engagement — where every phase is navigable, every recommendation is tracked, and every claim opens onto the source behind it.
It is the part of the work that makes “every claim traced to a source you can check” literally true: the checking is one click, not a request.
- A tab per phase, each rendered as navigable intelligence rather than a document
- An Action Board: every recommendation from every phase on one Kanban — To Do, In Progress, Done
- An Evidence and Claims tab — open any claim and see its source
- A Value and ROI tracker, so the case for the work stays visible while it runs
- Meeting notes and feedback beside the work they refer to
- Every deliverable downloadable — PDF, Word, brief, deck, model
- Nothing to install: a live portal, private to your engagement, that stays up afterwards
What the price does and does not cover
Phase 1 at Focused depth is guaranteed
If Phase 1, bought at Focused depth, tells you nothing you did not already know, you do not pay for it, subject to the terms set out in the engagement agreement, which form part of that agreement. The guarantee applies to commercially contracted work only; it is not offered on subsidised or CMC-assigned engagements. Phase 1 at Standard or Deep depth, and every other phase, carries no money-back guarantee.
Changes after kickoff are quoted in writing
If the segments, interviews or inputs change after kickoff, we send a written add-on quote within 10 working days.
Regulated Market Access is quoted
The Bridge (the gate and the motion behind it, on one purchase order) is scoped and quoted rather than listed: the effort depends on which gate applies and what evidence you already hold. Book a diagnosis and you will have a scoped number.
